Answer 1: Step 1: Go to usa.edusuite.asia and click the link “Forgot Password” link. A reset password page is loaded. Step 2: (a) For college students, type the valid email ( nominated during registration for the new students; and the San Ag email for the continuing students, if known, otherwise notify CISS through firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com with your complete name, course and year for email retrieval/password reset) and you have the full access to it. Click the send reset link button. A dialog box will pop up and click ok. Note that Edusuite sends an email to your nominated email address. (b) For guardians, type the valid email (nominated during the registration), the guardian must have full access to his/her email address. Click the send reset link button. A dialog box will pop up and click ok. Step 3: Open your nominated email used in Step 2. Look for the EduSuite email, open it and click the reset link. A new page is loaded asking your new password. Note that the new password is 8 characters long (minimum) with combinations of one capital letter, one small letter, one number and one symbol (e.g. $, etc.). Once the system successfully accepts your new password you will be routed to your account dashboard portal. Note: Check the website address. For college, law and postgraduate students, visit http://usa.edusuite.asia/. For K12 Guardian access, visit http://usa-k12.edusuite.asia/.
Answer 2: Your account has been temporarily deactivated due to multiple failed attempts. Immediately notify firstname.lastname@example.orgemail@example.com to reactivate your account.

FAQ # 2: Some fields are invalid upon submission of reset password link (K12)
Answer 1: Enter your guardian’s registered email address. Note: Remember your submitted information upon enrollment both face-to-face and online. Answer 2: Check the lower and upper cases, special characters and numbers of the guardian’s email address. Example:Jdelacruz123@usa.edu.ph and firstname.lastname@example.org is the same but if your trying to login using Jdelacruz123@usa.edu.ph while the other one is the registered email in edusuite, you may encounter errors upon logging in. Answer 3: Please wait for the account activation email before logging in to K12 portal.
FAQ # 3: No reset password link received after the “Forgot Password” process
Answer: (a) For first years and transferees, Step 1: Check the inbox/spam folder of your personal email for the reset password link. Step 2: Check the inbox/spam folder of your USA email especially for students who preferred the face-to-face enrollment. Step 3: Make sure that you registered your active and valid email address especially for students who submitted their registration form online.
(b) For continuing both regular and irregular, Step 1: Check the inbox/spam folder of your existing USA email account. Step 2: Make sure that you have the access to your USA email.
(c) For K12 guardian, Step 1: Check the inbox/spam folder of your guardian’s email account. Step 2: Make sure that you registered an active and valid email address of your guardian.
FAQ # 4: User account not found

FAQ # 5: Incorrect Strand
Answer 1: Please contact CISS IT Help Desk regarding this concern, thus these process needs a various steps to change the student’s strand especially if s/he is already enlisted/enrolled. FAQ # 6: Still, “Payment Verification” process in guardian’s account
Answer: The Accounting section is continuously posting the enrollment down payments to the system. However, there are payments received from the nominated payment channels that do not contain the name of the student (or tag as NO NAME).
FAQ # 7: Still, “Mark as enrolling” for student account
Answer: The enlistment (or self-enlistment) is disabled for this semester. The Registrar Team continuously does the enlistment and updating of class lists, respectively.
FAQ # 8: No grades and balances (For continuing student account)
Answer: The grades are gradually migrated to the new system. You will be advised when your transcript and balances is ready for viewing.
FAQ # 9: Updating of Profile Information
Answer: K12 learners (through a guardian) and College students need to update their profile information from the Edusuite System. Note: Please complete all required fields before information verification.
FAQ # 10: Appeared as “First Year” status (For continuing student account)
Answer: The migration of grades are not yet completed. Once completed, the system will change your year level status based on the number of units you completed from your chosen degree program.
Answer: Notify the Office of the Registrar (email@example.com) the soonest possible time to rectify the concerns. Also, you can perform the changes during the ADD/DROP week.
FAQ # 13: No “Enrollment Status” of the student found in guardian’s account
Answer: Notify the CISS by email firstname.lastname@example.org and/or email@example.com Subject: NO ENROLLMENT STATUS IN GUARDIAN'S ACCOUNT Message: Full name, Student ID Number and Course & Year or the Grade level & Strand.
FAQ # 14: Changing of program For new students (College level)
Answer: Change of program can be done after and/or before the enrollment period. Notify the office of the Registrar of your intention to change your degree program. There is an application form to be filled out and submitted to the office of the Registrar.
FAQ # 15:Changing of edusuite email address (FOr not active or invalid email only)

FAQ # 2: Can’t login with google (For non-gmail email addresses)
Answer: Your teacher provides the access code of your class(es). You will be registered under a block section in which your teacher will register the block section you are a member with into his/her class(es).
Answer:(a) For new students, it is possible to login the NEO LMS using your personal gmail email address. However, if you received an account activation in your USA email and instructed you to use it as your user ID (if you have), please do so. (b) For continuing students, use your USA email to login with google.
Note: The page will redirect to your NEO LMS account, even without typing the password. “SSO Error Login” pops up if you’re trying to login your NEO LMS account first, without logging in your USA email in the same browser.

FAQ # 4: No existing USA email address (For new students)
Answer: We will reach you through your personal email once we have already created an account. Message will be your USA email address, temporary password and instructions on how to login your account. Note: Creation of new USA email account is now ongoing.
FAQ # 5: No existing USA email address (For continuing students)
Answer: Please send us a message at CISS IT Help Desk. We will notify you through your personal email, once we have already created an account. Subject: REQUEST USA EMAIL CREATION FOR CONTINUING STUDENT Message: Full name, year and course. Also, provide us a scanned copy of your student ID or previous Registration Form.
FAQ # 1: No name in the class list / Name is in the class list but will not enroll this semester
Answer: Notify the Office of the Registrar by sending an email to email@example.com . The subject line should contain either Name not found in the list or Name is in the class list but will not enroll this semester depending on the issue you wish to raise. Your email should include your complete name, email address, and contact number.
FAQ #2: Misspelled names
Answer: Please notify the Office of the Registrar by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: REQUEST FOR CORRECTION OF NAME: <provide your complete name following the format: first name, middle name, and last name>.
