The Office of the Registrar is pleased to provide quality registrar services to students, faculty and alumni as well as to parents and visitors. The primary duty of the Registrar is to maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date information about our students.

7:30 – 12:00 noon
1:30 – 5:00 P.M.

Saturday
8:00 – 12:00 noon



GENERAL ADMISSION INFORMATION

There is no single office that handles admission for all students to all academic programs. Instead, each college assigns specialized staff to cater the needs of its prospective students.


ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Undergraduate

Incoming First Year:
  • Original copy of F-138 or High School Report Card
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Principal
  • A clear photocopy of Certificate of Live Birth printed on National Statistics Office (NSO) Security Papers (please bring original copy for verification purposes only)
  • Two (2) pieces 2” x 2” colored picture
  • Result of Placement Examination

Transferees from other Schools:
  • Honorable Dismissal (Transfer Credentials) from the last school attended
  • Transcript of Records
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Dean
  • A clear photocopy of Certificate of Live Birth printed on National Statistics Office (NSO) Security Papers (please bring original copy for verification purposes only)
  • Two (2) pieces 2” x 2” colored picture

Transferees from other Colleges:
  • Summary of Grades
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Dean

International Students
  • Present a Certified True Copy of Secondary School Records at the Registrar’s Office for evaluation.
  • The Office of the Registrar will inform applicant whether he/she qualified or not to take the Placement Test.
  • If qualified to take the test, pay =P=75.00 testing fee at the Student Accounts Section
  • Present the Official Receipt and other requirements (certified true copy of High School Report Card and one (1) copy of 2” x 2” I.D. picture) at the Guidance Office.
  • Take the test on the scheduled date.
  • Get test result on the announced date for release of results.
  • If accepted, applicant will secure the requirements for international students (Personal History Statements, etc.) at the Registrar’s Office
  • The Office of the Registrar will prepare the Notice of Conditional Acceptance required for processing the student visa.
  • Proceed to the College concerned for enrolment.




College of Law

Incoming First Year:
  • Honorable Dismissal (Transfer Credentials)
    Note: Not applicable to graduates from the University of San Agustin and University of the Philippines)
  • Two (2) copies of original Transcript of Records
  • Two (2) copies of Certified true copy of Diploma
  • Special Order of Graduation
  • Certificate of Graduation
  • A clear photocopy of Certificate of Live Birth printed on National Statistics Office (NSO) Security Papers (please bring original copy for verification purposes only)
  • One (1) piece 2” x 2” colored picture
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from School Dean or Registrar
  • Certificate of Eligibility for Admission into Law Course or Form C-1 (to be processed upon enrollment at the Registrar’s Office)

Transferees:
  • Honorable Dismissal (Transfer Credentials) Note: Not applicable to graduates from the University of the Philippines
  • Two (2) copies of original Transcript of Records (GPA of at least 85% or its equivalent with no failure in any subject and no dropped or incomplete grades)
  • Two (2) copies of Certified true copy of (undergraduate) Diploma
  • Special Order of Graduation
  • Certificate of Graduation
  • A clear photocopy of Certificate of Live Birth printed on National Statistics Office (NSO) Security Papers (please bring original copy for verification purposes only)
  • One (1) piece 2” x 2” colored picture

Graduate School

Requirements:

Enrolment Procedure:

Each department has its own enrolment procedure. Incoming first year students and transferees are therefore advised to submit the required documents to the Dean’s Office of the college they wish to enroll in.


English and Mathematics Placement Test for College Freshmen Applicants:

Requirements:
  • A clear photocopy of High School Report Card
  • One (1) copy of 2” x 2” I.D. picture
  • Receipt of Registration fee: =P=75.00 (to be paid at the Student Accounts Section)

Present the above requirements at the Guidance Services Center, G/F Gamboa Hall during office hours:

Monday to Friday:
7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon
1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Saturday:
8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon



Coverage of Examinations:
  • English: Basic Grammar, Reading Comprehension
  • Mathematics: Basic Mathematics, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry

Testing Dates:
    February 25, 2006
    March 11, 2006
    April 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 17, 19, 21, 22, 24, 26 and 28, 2006
    May 3, 5, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26, 29, and 31, 2006

Schedule of Examination:

Monday to Friday:
9:00 – 11:00 a.m. and
2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Saturday:
9:00 – 11:00 a.m. only


Examinee to bring dark pencil with eraser, testing permit and school I.D. on the day of the examination.


Law School Admission Test:

Requirements:
  • Original copy of Diploma
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character

Schedule:

Date: May 13, 20, 27 and June 3, 2006
Time: 8:00 to 12:00 a.m.
Place: Bar Review Room
Examination Fee: =P=200.00 (payable at the Student Accounts Section)

Examinee to 2 pieces lead pencil and one (1) ballpen
