ADMISSION
- Application for admission to the USA-GS should be filed at the GS office two weeks before enrollment begins.
- Application for Admission forms are available at the GS office.
- Submit the following credentials:
- Honorable Dismissal/Transcript of Records from the last school attended (or Xeroxed certified true copy)
- In the case of public school teachers, a study permit
- In the case of foreign students, their ACR, study permit, and the CHED accreditation of units earned
- One recent 1” x 1” colored photo
- Comply with pre-registration requirements:
- Language Proficiency Examination
- Interview
- After a week, inquire about the status of application for administration from the Office of the Dean.
- Grades/Pre-requisites
- Doctoral Level
The doctoral program is open to those with appropriate master’s degrees.
- Master Level
- Degree Program
Only those who completed the undergraduate course with a general average of at least 85% or 2.0, or B, and who did not receive any failing mark in any academic subject, may be admitted to the degree program.
Pre-requisites
M.A. in Education or Literature – at least 18 units of undergraduate work in the pertinent field.
MBA – at least 6 units of undergraduate Accounting, Management, or Finance.
Economics - at least 6 units of undergraduate Economics or Statistics
- Non-Degree Program
Holder of a bachelor’s degree who wish to take graduate course for personal growth or those whose general average is below 85%, 2.0 , or B may be admitted to the non-degree program.
Those who then obtain a general average of at least 2.0 in the graduate program and pass the written comprehensive examination may be allowed to work for a master’s degree.
