Testing Schedule:

Entrance examinations will start on February 2005 to April 2005

Enrollment Period:

• For 1st year & transferees - April 1 to 30, 2005
• For Old students - May 16-31, 2005
• For grade 1 & transferees - March 1 to May 31, 2005
• For old students - April 18 to 22, 2005

Requirements:

High School :

• Report card (form 138)
• Birth and baptismal certificate - photocopy
• Certificate of good moral character
• 2 copies 2x2 colored picture
• Testing fee - P100

Grade School:

• Report card (form 138) - for applicants to grade 2 to 6 only
• Birth and baptismal certificate - original & photocopy
• Certificate of good moral character
