Requirements for New Students:
- Placement test result in Math & English
- High School Report Card: A satisfactorily rating in Mthematics, Physics/Sciences
- Certification of Good Moral Character from the School Principal/Guidance Counselor

- 3 pcs 1x1 Photo
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
Requirements for Transferees:
- Honorable Dismissal
- Good Moral Certificate from the School Attended
- 4 pcs. 1x11/2 Photo

- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
Retention Policy:
- Student will not be accepted for readmission if he/she fails in three or more subjects during the previous semester.
- Student will not be accepted for readmission if he/she fails twice in the same subject
