Requirements for New Student

• Placement test result in Math & English
• High School Report Card: A satisfactorily rating in Mthematics, Physics/Sciences
• Certification of Good Moral Character from the School Principal/Guidance Counselor
• 4 pcs. 1x11/2 Photo
• 3 pcs 1x1 Photo
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate

Requirements for Transferee

• Honorable Dismissal
• Good Moral Certificate from the School Attended
• 4 pcs. 1x11/2 Photo
• 3 pcs 1x1 Photo
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate

Retention Policy

• Student will not be accepted for readmission if he/she fails in three or more subjects during the previous semester.
• Student will not be accepted for readmission if he/she fails twice in the same subject
