- Certification of Good Moral Character from the School Principal/Guidance Counselor

Requirements for Transferee
- Honorable Dismissal
- Good Moral Certificate from the School Attended

Retention Policy
- Student will not be accepted for readmission if he/she fails in three or more subjects during the previous semester.
- Student will not be accepted for readmission if he/she fails twice in the same subject
